  • E-applier uses third-party applications, therefore, we are only responsible for issues regarding our software and not for issues occurring in any other third-party application we are using.
  • We provide membership for single users only who have paid to use this software. If we find any member selling copies of the software or multiple users are using it via different locations, then we secure the right to withhold or suspend a membership at any time.
  • If any member tries to break a code of this software, we secure the right to withhold or suspend a membership.
  • Members purchase E-applier after careful discretion, therefore, no member can claim a refund of the membership payment once the software is handed over to them after paying in full. The membership payment is totally non-refundable.
  • Once a membership has ended, members are required to renew their membership; failure to renew their membership within 15 days after purchase would result in suspension of membership.
  • If any changes in structure or policies have made to the freelancing websites our software uses, then we require some time to make changes to our software in order to start re-applying flawlessly on the website which is inaccessible. In this case, we will notify our members with the exact time we require for our developers to update the software.
  • E-Applier subscribers will only receive updates for their desire edition, although we’ll launch different edition with different features, each edition would be sale as separate entity not as an update. Existing subscriber can switch their edition with additional required payment.
  • If any freelancing website suspends your account on their website, we will not be responsible for any other account issues but only for our membership account.
  • Any technical issue caused this software to not to run, our experts would require sometime to fix these kind of such issues. Although, we can’t commit the timeline for this situation. It may take a week to a month depends on the technical issue.
  • We do not collect or store any freelancing account credentials or data. Any data that are used by the E-applier is stored in a member’s own system under the filename “mydata.xml” in the same folder of this software.
  • Any customization request would only be accepted from customers who have already purchased a membership. Customization will be separately charged according to the requirements, however, members will be liable to pay the extra charges after the customized product is delivered to them with all required changes.
  • We don’t have any agreement with freelancing websites. We design and develop this software with all best practices to secure your account, that’s why it doesn’t have any background process it works same as you hire a robot to bid on behalf of you so we may call this software as live robot. In any case your account is suspended by any freelancing site then we’ll not be responsible, although we can assist you to retrieve your account with our experts advices and suggestion.
  • We do not receive any technical support from the freelancing websites our software is used to apply jobs in. We have made this software to automatically apply for jobs exactly as a job applicant applies manually.
  • We have right secured to change prices for each subscription and editions.
  • We have right secured to change our terms accordingly.
