By using our auto bidding bot software, it’s supposed that we have your consent with our procedures, terms, and conditions. We highly recommend you to read all clauses described on this page to prevent any kind of dispute and miss understanding. Although this is a sole agreement between you as our honorable client and us as a business entity, it doesn’t comply with the regularities from any other country.

3rd Party Apps Rules

E-Applier uses third-party applications, therefore, we are only responsible for issues regarding our software and not for issues occurring in any other third-party application we are using.

If any freelancing website suspends your account on their website, we will not be responsible for any other account issues but only for our membership account.

Any technical issue caused this software not to run, our experts would require some time to fix these kinds of issues. Although, we can’t commit the timeline for this situation. It may take a week to a month depending on the technical issue.

We don’t have any agreement with freelancing websites. We design and develop this software with all best practices to secure your account, that’s why it doesn’t have any background process it works the same as you hire a robot to bid on behalf of you so we may call this software a live robot. In any case, if your account is suspended by any freelancing site then we’ll not be responsible, although we can assist you to retrieve your account with our experts’ advice and suggestion.

Subscription Access 

We provide membership for single users only who have paid to use this software. If we find any member selling copies of the software or multiple users are using it via different locations, then we secure the right to withhold or suspend a membership at any time. If any member tries to break a code of this software, we secure the right to withhold or suspend membership. Once a membership has ended, members are required to renew their membership; failure to renew their membership within 15 days after purchase would result in suspension of membership.

Payment & Refund

Members purchase E-Applier after careful discretion, therefore, no member can claim a refund of the membership payment once the software is handed over to them after paying in full. The membership payment is totally non-refundable.

Any customization request would only be accepted by customers who have already purchased a membership or made an advance payment. Customization will be separately charged according to the requirements, however, members will be liable to pay the extra charges after the customized product is delivered to them with all required changes.

Data Policy:

E-Applier subscribers will only receive updates for their desired edition, although we’ll launch different editions with different features, each edition would sale as a separate entity, not as an update. Existing subscriber can switch their edition with the additional required payment.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. The Seven does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of The Seven, its agents, and/or affiliates.
