Considering the users’ request to update their subscription details including email and password and to generate the logs about bot executions and performance. We have introduced a web-based portal that will let you know when and how you’ve been using the bot with your subscription. Moreover, you can report any technical issue by creating a ticket for us. You will also find your purchase history in your dashboard. To access this portal click the button below or visit this link then login with the same subscription credentials which are authorized to your bot account. These are the following sections you will see under the dashboard after successful login there.

• Stats: The statistics about your subscription, services and purchases.
• Bot Execution Reports: It contains logs about the error and general messages for each execution, you need to click over “Export Logs” from the bot application to generate these log history into your portal, it can help to refer our technical team in case of any error so we can investigate what went wrong in your bot.
• Bot Execution Timeline: It records the history about your overall runnings and executions of the bot.
• Profile: Visit to update your subscription details.
• Report and Issue: Visit to report an issue by creating a ticket.
• Download: Visit to download your product.
